Shelley Beach

Between Denmark and Albany in the West Cape Howe National Park we found Shelley Beach. 

 The camping area is right beside the ocean.  Lovely white sandy beach, quite deep water, even a tiny clean freshwater stream that runs most of the year so we were informed. This is a  small beautiful bay.  There is a  small grass area for visitors to put up their tents etc.

There is a pit toilet and a gas barbecue provided by the local council and kept very clean.                         Fishing is not bad. 

                           A note to the swimmers to be aware as rips do occur in this area as well.

                   During the summer months hang gliding is enjoyed here when the conditions are right.
